Personally the AI look pretty pants, but the visuals and squad movement look nice.

visuals are sweet as, the campaign looks like it could be fun, but I’m not a fan of the multiplayer gets very boring after a while. But if they could be innovative with the mp in this, I could be interested
Only good thing in that game is Hollywood graphic, except it nothing is new or innovative and that game is still a multiplatform = no mod tools, server files and tools, clanwar support, poor optimalization and class balance, game is addressed to masses/casual players only. Also they lie about being innovative on PC platform, because all what they’ve got is prone, 64 players and jets… it’s kinda like back to 2002… but it’s more innovative than retarded Black Ops /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width=“20” height=“20” />
Like McGonigle said, BF3 might be fun for a week or month. In this year there are way more interesting and innovative PC FPS games.

Wow that looks exactly like a MW2 clone. At least COD4 was semi realistic. That takes the piss. I shall continue to not give a hoot about the BF games anymore. They started failing after BF2. If i wanted COD id buy COD, i buy BF i want massive multiplayer squad based combined arms semi realistic combat.

CoD 4 and BF2 were good games 4 and 6 years ago, that’s no doubt is correct, but since then technology and needs go further and they (DICE and IW/Treyarch) still stay in age when consoles were released. Now DICE wants to beat CoD series with BF3, so they have to dumb game even more…
The only good and innovative game in this year is

List of features, completely new for FPS genre is amazing and leaves competition way way behind...Game of course comes with all basic and advanced PC game elements like mod tools, server files, demorecoring etc etc etcI dont know why but i havn’t been very interested in RO2. Its a very unfair bias on my part as it looks amazing and strangly exactly what i was asking for above.
Im just annoyed that people like Treyarch, DICE, IW and so on got into basicly a juevenile Willy waving contest with each other on who has the most retarded spectacles, story and graphics.
Honestly, I’m very much looking forward to the game - I really used to enjoy the infantry only games of BF2 (and I also have to be honest and say I’ve not played any BF games since then).
They look to be building a solid game engine - from a PC perspective then porting it to the consoles this time.
We won’t know until later as to whether it will be good enough for our game play (as in realism with action) but time will tell and I, for one, am willing to give it a go - the infantry movement, firing, and environments look good - I also think they are looking at dedicated servers, I’m not sure.. but I hope they do… it’ll mean that they do have a hit straight away - something they must realise themselves!

BTW apos that game looks amazing, I watched the video where the retarded interviewer didn’t have a clue about the game lol. But the gameplay looks great, reminds me of medal of honor allied a bit assault (which I loved), but adds much more to gameplay. Wow, all this talk about COD, BF2/3, COH so many games so little time. I only ever play ARMA2. The single player demo for COD was very boring - it was non stop shooting. Multiplayer BF but it was almost the same as COD. Also tried "Theatre of War (and ToW2) but the AI didn’t seem to work. Total war is an interesting concept, the battles are fascinating but way too short to be immersive.
But I did play Combat Mission (Beyond Overlord) and it was great. The multi player was very exciting even with email.
